If you are anything like me, you know just how annoying oily skin can be.  I am the type of person that is constantly looking for ways that I can treat my oily skin naturally too and I can tell you for certain that tomatoes work wonders on oily skin.  The tomato juice inside of the tomatoes is something that will open up all of your pores and pull out any contaminates.

So how does this work?  Well, you want to make sure that you rub the tomato half all over your face and let the juice soak right into your skin and dry.  This should only take right around fifteen minutes and once it is dry, you want to make sure that you use hot water first then cold.

What that will do is cause your pores to close and keep out any of the bacteria that will make your skin oily all over again.

Your body is the only thing that you have – so you want to make sure that you take care of it.  Kidney cleansing is one of those things that you are definitely going to want to do at some point … did you know that you can actually cleanse your kidney naturally though?

A kidney cleanse is actually pretty simple to do and it can actually help you with a lot of different things.  For example, back pain is something that can be all due to your kidney’s needing to be cleansed and once you do it – it can help elevate the pain.

Now that we have talked a little bit about what can help with your allergies, let’s go ahead and move into cold season.  It is almost Christmas and if you are in some of the snowy states … like me, I can tell you that a cold might be right around the corner.  If you are looking for a way to boost up your immune system, I have it!

As well, sometimes pain is a part of yoga. When you experience pain during a certain pose or move, it can simply mean that you need to work that part of your body more. However, you do need to be aware of more extreme pain.

Yoga can be very healthy and very beneficial. It has, for instance, many health benefits. It is good for you physically, emotionally, and even mentally. It builds strength and it increases flexibility.

However, although hearing about yoga is common, many of us do not actually know a whole lot about it, and may thus be hesitant about giving it a try. You don’t have to hesitate, though. In fact, we have some great tips and pieces of advice for beginners!

By taking the time to learn about what to expect, the experience of starting yoga will not be so overwhelming. You may also be glad to know that, in yoga, a lot of the poses are quite slow paced, and you can get hands on instruction as well as plenty of support to help you get started.


Now that we have touched on exactly why you want to eat salt – let’s go ahead and explore why salt can actually treat depression.  Well, salt could actually be linked to curing depression, not just treating it.  Basically, what happens when you eat salt is that it releases a pleasurable response; therefore it erases the depression that you may be feeling.

Actually, the lack of salt is something that can elevate your mood and also make you feel very anxious as well as filled with tension.  You usually feel better after you eat some salt – not a lot, but adding some into your diet everyday is not going to hurt you.

The great thing about salt is that it is all natural – it is actually a mineral that is found under the ground.


Salt is something that is good for many, many different things – spicing up your food is one of them, but did you know that salt can actually help you with depression as well?  I had no idea until I read up on some of the studies that they have been doing regarding salt and depression.

While most people say that you do not want to eat too much salt, did you know that salt actually contains a lot of nutrients and minerals that are actually very vital to how your body functions?  I didn’t until I actually did some research on it.  If you do not have enough salt in your system, your body will crave it.

While too much salt is bad for you, you do want to have some salt in your body.  In the next blog, we are going to talk about how salt can treat depression!
